Cancellation or Changes

If you need to cancel or amend your booking you must telephone us on the number shown on our written confirmation or email as soon as possible.

You will also be required to confirm your cancellation in writing or by email to the addresses shown on our written confirmation. A cancellation will not take effect until we receive written confirmation from you.

Cancellation within 7 days of making your booking

If you cancel within seven days of receiving our written confirmation, we will refund any money paid for your booking in full.

Cancellation 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date

We will retain your Initial Deposit only. Any additional money paid for the booking will be refunded in full.

Cancellation within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date

If you cancel your booking less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we may retain both the Initial Deposit and the Rental Amount, but refund the balance of any additional money you have paid to us.

However, if we are able to secure an alternative booking for the Property. we will refund the Rental Amount (less any additional costs incurred by us)
